Nanaimo Storage Facility
Our system uses a natural gas boiler to heat multiple self-storage buildings. Heated water is transported to the heating coil on the air units. Savings on installation costs compared to a in floor radiant system or wall radiators.
Service advantages with minimal installed units in each building that are easily accessed for filter changes and system checkups. With no radiators or manifolds in the individual storage units the owner risks of system damage are minimal as only heated air is delivered into the storage units. Multiple S21 and S18 units are used at this facility.
